How can I check the status of my order?
If you have an account, you can check the status of you order any time you want simply by logging in and going to the “Order” page. If you have not an account, you must follow the tracking link we sent you via email at the moment of the despatch of the order. For any problems, contact us via email (info@vinylphilosophy.com).
When will you ship my order?
We will ship your order only when we all the items are in stock. If your order contains a preorder, we will ship all items after we will have in stock also the vinyl you preordered. When all items are in stock, we will ship them within 1-2 working days.
When will I receive a preorder?
We usually ship preorders the day before the released day or as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
Why the date of release of my my preorder has been postponed?
The dates of release are subject to change due to reasons beyond our control. All we can do is update the product page as soon as we are aware of any delays. In exceptional case, if you made a multiple order, we can split your order and send you the items we have in stock, but extra shipping charges may apply. Get in touch with us via email (info@vinylphilosophy.com) in order to reach a deal!
Is it possible to order an out of stock item or an item I cannot find on the website?
For sure! Send us an email (info@vinylphilosophy.com) with your requests and we will do our best to find the items you are looking for!
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, once you placed an order we cannot add futher items to it. But for sure you can place another order!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Nexi and bank transfer.
Who much will I pay for shipping?
We try to keep shipping costs as cheap as possible, but this is not an easy goal to be achieved nowadays. We do not gain a cent with shipping, instead we pay a part of it for you. That’s why we decided to applicate two flat rates (one for parcels with only one item and one for parcels with more than one items), because we want to reward our best customers and offer them the possibility to place a multiple order (more than one item) paying a base shipping. Where is my parcel?
We ship only via tracked curiers so you can follow the progress of your parcel in every moment. To do this you have only to check the link we send to you when we dispatch your parcel or to log in to your account and go to Order page.
I read that you ship to Europe an Uk only. Do you ship in another countries?
Yes, for sure! Drop us an email (info@vinylphilosophy.com) with you order and your address and we will extimate the price of shipping!
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel an order ONLY if we haven’t shipped it yet. You will receice a full refund, included shipping cost.
I received my order but I changed my mind about it, can I send it back?
Yes, you are entitled to return it to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt of the parcel. The item must be still sealed. To start the return process, please email us as soon as possible and we will give you all the information you need. For any suitable items you return you will receive a refund (you can choose money back, a replacement or store credit), but shipping back to us is at your expence. I received a wrong or damaged item, what can I do?
Get in touch with us as soon as you receive it so we can start the return and refund process. We can offer you a discount if accept to keep the item. Alternatively, we send you a free returns label for sending it back. At your choice, you can get a money refund, a replacement (only when possible) or credit store.
